4-WEEK VIRTUAL SOMATIC INTEGRATION CIRCLE

RECLAIMING SELF: BRINGING THE EXPERIENCE INTO YOUR LIFE

Thursdays 9am-10:30am

Starts Nov 19th -Dec 10th

Investment: $175
Weekly 90-minute virtual sessions

A four-week integration circle for women-identifying participants who have had a psychedelic experience of any kind and want intentional support turning what emerged during that experience into meaningful, lasting change.

Psychedelic experiences can offer powerful insights, emotions, new perspectives, and moments of connection to parts of ourselves that may have felt inaccessible. But the experience itself is only part of the work. Integration is what happens afterward—when we begin bringing those insights back into our relationships, choices, bodies, and everyday lives.

Using a combination of somatic practices, parts work, reflection, and group connection, this circle provides a structured space to continue that process.

Our Work Together

  • Reclaiming Self: Reconnect with the person underneath the roles, expectations, and responsibilities you carry.

  • Parts Work: Explore the different parts of yourself that surfaced during or after your psychedelic experience and what they may be asking you to understand.

  • Embodied Integration: Move beyond intellectually understanding an insight and explore how it can be felt and practiced in your body and daily life.

  • Breaking Old Patterns: Identify familiar patterns—people-pleasing, overfunctioning, self-abandonment, perfectionism, disconnection—and begin experimenting with different ways of responding.

  • From Insight to Change: Create concrete intentions for bringing what you learned into your relationships, boundaries, self-care, and choices.

  • Accountability & Community: Continue the work alongside other women who are also navigating the process of change and integration.

You do not need to have attended one of our retreats to participate. This group is open to women who have had a prior psychedelic experience and are seeking a therapeutic, somatically informed space for integration. No psychedelic medicines are provided or used during the virtual group.
