KETAMINE, MOTHERHOOD + MENTAL HEALTH
Martin Healing Sanctuary x The Wildflower Collective
Motherhood changes us. Our mental health care can change, too.
An open Q&A with Dr. Sophia Brandstetter
Join Dr. Sophia Brandstetter, a leading clinician in the ketamine-assisted therapy space, founder of Growth Thru Change and The Ko-Op in Philadelphia and East Falls, and mother of four, for an open and informative Q&A about ketamine-assisted therapy and its potential role in supporting women throughout the parenting journey.
Designed especially for mothers who are curious about ketamine treatment, this conversation will explore how ketamine may fit into mental health care during periods of significant emotional, hormonal, and identity changes—from postpartum transitions and shifts in sense of self to the ongoing stress, overwhelm, and emotional demands of motherhood.
