RECLAIMING SELF
A KETAMINE-ASSISTED THERAPY RETREAT FOR MOTHERS
November 14 | The Sanctuary | Philadelphia
You hold so much.
The needs. The schedules. The emotions. The endless mental load.
Maybe you’re exhausted but can’t truly rest.
Maybe you’re constantly overthinking or putting everyone else first.
Maybe you’ve done the work and understand your patterns, but still feel stuck in them.
Reclaiming Self is an invitation to interrupt that cycle.
Why Ketamine-Assisted Therapy?
Ketamine can create a temporary shift in our usual patterns of thinking and relating, offering space to approach emotions, memories, and deeply held patterns from a different perspective.
When combined with therapeutic support and somatic practices, the experience may help you:
Step outside familiar thought patterns and gain new perspective
Access emotions or insights that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone
Deepen connection with your body, needs, and inner experience
Create space for greater self-compassion, flexibility, and possibility
This intimate, full-day ketamine-assisted therapy retreat is designed to help you step out of constantly managing and holding it all together….and experience what it feels like to receive care, reconnect with your body, and return to yourself.
Held by experienced guides
Dr. Sophia Brandstetter LCSW, PsyD
Psychotherapist + Founder of the Ketamine Co-op
